Good location, tidy rooms and clear communication before arrival. The best part was how easy it was to connect with the driver and guide each morning. Hotel booked: Kostas Boutique Hotel. A few small details could improve, but the main experience was strong.

Comfortable after long days
After museums, train stations and winter walking, it was good to come back to a warm room and a quiet lobby. Nothing felt overpromised, and the hotel made the route easier. Hotel booked: Kostas Boutique Hotel. Overall it felt carefully handled.

Good stay and helpful staff
Staff handled our questions about taxis and timing without making it complicated. The room matched the star rating and the area felt convenient in the evening. I would book it again for a short city stay. Hotel booked: Kostas Boutique Hotel. A few small details could improve, but the main experience was strong.

Easy base for the trip
The hotel worked very well for our Russia itinerary. Check-in was calm, the room was clean, and the location made transfers simple.
